For example:There is a work order created by "B agent in group1",but the order is in "A agent in group2" currently,and it will be transfered to "group3".

If you select "Yes" here.If the B and A are existing in group3,the order will flow to "B agent" first and "A agent" second.It also flows to "A agent" directly if there is no "B agent".If they both are not in group3,the order will flow to administrator of group3,then assigned by him.

If you select "No" here,the work order will transfer to administrator of group3 directly,and then it will be assigned to agents belong to group3.
