Set the condition of saving contact and survey,include:

ignoredial:Don't verify whether dial is existed Submit the contact and survey.

checkdial:As long as the agent answered the customer,the contact can be saved;Only on dialing,the survey should be filled,the agent can't continue to fill the survey when the dialing is broken,to prevent forging answer of questionnaire remaining.

checkstart:You can save the contact if there is answered once;But you can start survey only on dialing,Although the dialing is broken,it can’t break the process of survey answering.
