Select the style of dialing,include:

Default,After double-click the customer information,then dialing by press the "CALL" icon.

Preview,After double-click the customer information,it will be dialed out by system automatically.

Auto,dial out by the way of Auto-dial.

Optional,the agent can select one of dialing ways above by himself.
